BestPair provides matrimonial-related services including profile assistance, matchmaking support, proposal sharing, consultation, and related premium services. Since these are service-based and digital offerings, outcomes may vary based on individual preferences and compatibility.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a service before the commencement of service processing. Once the service has been initiated, profile sharing has started, or consultation/services have been provided, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

• Payments made for membership, profile assistance, matchmaking support, consultation, or premium services are generally non-refundable once the service process has started.
• Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Duplicate transactions or incorrect charges due to technical issues will be eligible for refund after verification.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

• Change of personal preference after service initiation.
• Dissatisfaction due to non-selection or non-compatibility of profiles.
• Delay caused by customer non-response or incomplete information.
• Services already rendered or partially completed.
